Connect. Collaborate. Celebrate

A Proven, Structured Regional Collaboration

IL RUG was launched to address a common challenge among Epic organizations: how to consistently share best practices, accelerate interoperability maturity, and collaborate regionally without overburdening staff. Following a successful 2025 pilot year, IL RUG experienced: • Doubling of engaged member organizations • Strong, repeat participation across sessions • Demand for formalized governance and deliverables Beginning in 2026, IL RUG transitioned to a member funded, sustainable operating model designed to support long term collaboration and impact.

Keep doing what you are doing. Sessions are well organized and very useful. Love to hear the difference the group is making.
I feel these meetings are very well structured, minutes are detailed and tasks assigned are accomplished to keep the discussion moving forward.
I like that we can introduce topics or workgroups as needed. It is really helpful to have that open communication with others. You do a phenomenal job of understanding the issues, bringing in experts when needed, and asking great questions to make us all think.
